Near the church, you can visit the AIRBORNE MUSEUM built on a 3 000m2 park. The museum is dedicated to the American paratroopers and soldiers. When you enter the museum, you will first discover a parachute-shaped building presenting a WACO glider in its original state. This area of the museum also displays many documents, testimonies of G.I., weapons, ammunition, equipment, a torch of freedom, etc.
In the second delta wing-shaped building, you will have the possibility to admire a Douglas C-47 aircraft used in World War II to parachute soldiers during Operation OVERLORD.
